This six-hour programme will provide focused, detailed and accurate guidance from which to develop effective interventions. It will include a Pupil Assessment of School and Self Report with recommendations for follow up targeted strategies. |
2 | 02 - ACE - Route Mainstream | Core: 2.5 FTE placements (12 days) at any one time.
(Subject to ongoing review dependent upon the number of Permanent Exclusion and Pupil Placement Panel Referrals being received) Traded: Additional placements charged at £140 per day | Lead by: Hayley Bewley (ACE Pupil Progress Manager and Route Mainstream Lead. School Liaison Mentors: Greer Kidney and Sharie Barnett 12 days. | Referrals onto Route Mainstream should be made for: * Pupils on dual-registered secondary education provision at both ACE and School. * Pupils on ACE Alternative to PEX programmes * Pupils on a Managed Move between schools * Pupils who are not on a school roll but are targeting a return to mainstream education. |
3 | 03 - ACE - Route 19 | Core: Places are provided automatically to Key Stage 4 students who are permanently excluded or not on a school roll and, where a return to school is currently not the best option. Traded: Charged at £140 per ACE day plus AP costs (provider dependent) | Lead by: Hayley Bewley Pathways Manager | to provide a full time, alternative educational package, utilising time at ACE and selected alternative education provisions, in order to prepare and support students with their post 16 transition plans. |
4 | 04 - ACE - PACE (Pre- ACE Assessment and Induction Service) | Core: Schools can have one open case at any time* (*capacity allowing)
PACE provides placement for up to 8 students in each three-week program
Priority for placement is given to PEX, Admissions and PPP students

8 | 10 - HUB - Safeguarding Consultancy | Core: Free when provided for students already referred to / attending ACE Traded: £80 per hour | Lead by: Cheryl Cook (ACE DSL) | Specialist consultation regarding strategic safeguarding issues. Areas covered can include policy, training and strategic support. |
9 | 11 - HUB - Targeted Harmful Sexualised Behaviour Work | Core: Free for students already referred to / attending ACE Traded: £80 per hour | Lead by: Cheryl Cook (ACE DSL) Per hour charge | Specialist consultancy with schools / access to specialist assessments. |
